Materials Needed
I love making paper flowers to add to my decor. The Daffodil and Tulip Flower Arrangement will make a great Mother’s Day gift. You can also make this for a birthday gift for someone who loves flowers. You can display the flower arrangement in a shadowbox or on an easel.
The flower arrangement is 8 inches wide by 8 1/4 inches tall. I used foam strips and dots to give it a 3-d look.
