DIY Halloween Curtain Topper
Halloween is my favorite holiday to decorate for the year. This year I decided to make some new curtains for some of our windows for Halloween. After making the Halloween Eye Wreath I have hanging in my kitchen, I thought it would be spooky cool to make a matching curtain topper.

The Halloween Curtain Topper will make a great addition to your kitchen decor. I used parts of the Halloween Eye Wreath to make the curtain topper.
Materials Needed
Follow the directions for cutting out the Halloween Eye Wreath minus the wreath main pieces and I only cut out two of the flowers.
