Fall Pumpkins Insert Cards
Fall is approaching along with the season of pumpkins. There are two designs for this card, the first one has a stack of pumpkins cut out of the card.
The second design has a pumpkin cut out of the middle of the card.
You can cut the card piece out of black or brown or any other color you prefer.
For someone who is looking to create a more traditional card during this Fall season, these cards would make a wonderful fall birthday card or even a Thanksgiving card. You can add your own sentiment to either card on the front and inside of the card.

Fall Pumpkin Insert Card
Equipment

- Spatula
Materials
- 1 Sheet of Black Cardstock
- 1 Sheet of Orange Cardstock
Instructions
Cutting Out the Pumpkin Insert Card
- Upload the Pumpkin Insert Card into design space.
- Select all and ungroup
- Select the dotted line and change to a score line from basic cut
- Select the score line and the card
- and attach them
- Then click on the Make It button
- The prepare screen will appear
- Now if everything looks correct on it, click on the continue button
The next screen will be where you will select the type of card stock you are using. If you do not see the material in your material favorites, click on "browse all materials" to find the weight of cardstock that you are using. For example the light green Cardstock I used is medium weight, you will need to select "Medium Weight"..
Once you have Design Space set, you are now ready to prepare your mat. I used a brayer when placing the Cardstock on the mat, this helps in making sure that the paper is adhered to the mat and will help in keeping the paper from ripping or moving when it is being cut.
Assembling the Pumpkin Insert Card
- Starting with the card piece
- fold it in half on the score line
- then insert the insert piece into the card
