Why You’ll Love This Fireworks Shirt
I’ve always loved watching fireworks—whether it’s the 4th of July, New Year’s Eve, or fireworks night at the ballpark. There’s just something magical about all those colors lighting up the sky. And now, you can capture that same magic in a custom shirt made with your Cricut and heat transfer vinyl (HTV) using my Fireworks SVG!
Tips for Sizing and Weeding
When resizing your fireworks in Design Space, keep in mind that tiny cuts can be tricky. For the smaller fireworks, I sized mine at 5.022″ x 5.244″. I don’t recommend going smaller than this—you might lose some of the delicate stars and circles while weeding!
You can mix and match sizes to create a whole explosion of fireworks across your shirt. Add just a few, or go all out!

What You’ll Need:
- My Fireworks SVG Design #78 in our Free Library
- Cricut machine
- Heat Transfer Vinyl (sparkle or holographic is my fave!)
- Weeding tools
- EasyPress or heat press
- A plain shirt in your favorite color

Let’s Talk Fireworks (and Vinyl!)
I created two different fireworks shirts, and both turned out sparktacular! ✨
- Shirt #1: I used sparkle iron-on vinyl in beautiful shades of pink and purple. The effect reminds me of those little circle and star gem stickers you used to decorate clothes with—but even better!
- Shirt #2: I tried a different sparkle HTV that had a red, blue, and yellow combo. Perfect for patriotic vibes but still playful and bright!

Not Just for the 4th of July
This design isn’t just for Independence Day! Use gold and silver HTV to create a dazzling New Year’s Eve fireworks shirt that’s party-ready. Or use your fireworks SVG to make a wooden sign for your front door, porch, or party table.
