Create This Easy to Make Flag Star Mandala Using My SVG Cut File

The free SVG Flag Star Mandala is a simple project to add to your patriotic decor. It comes with a hanger SVG pattern so it can be hung on a door. It can also be displayed in a shadow box.

Since 3D SVG cut files are so popular these days, I created this layered Flag Star Mandala that is so easy to make. All you need is your favorite cutting machine, Cardstock and foam dots adhesive.

I really like how this Flag Star Mandala turned out using the thicker adhesive dots I found at Michael’s.

Flag Star Mandala

Equipment

• Cricut Maker or your favorite cutting machine
• Green Cutting Mat

Materials

• 4 Sheets of Red Cardstock
• 2 Sheets of White Cardstock
• 1 Sheet of Blue Cardstock
• Glue
• Foam Glue Dots/Squares

Instructions

• Step 1. Cutting Out the Flag Star MandalaFirst Upload and cut out the red star pieces. Check to make sure the size is correct.

• Next upload and cut out the white star pieces and hanger. Check to make sure the size is correct.
• 
• 
• Then upload and cut out the blue star piece. Check to make sure the size is correct.
• 
• Step 2. Assembling the Star Mandala
  
• Starting with the largest red star and the largest white star.
• 
• Place foam glue dots on the back of the largest white star.
• 
• Place the largest white star on top of the largest red star.
• 
• Take the second largest red star and put glue foam dots on the back of it.
• 
• 
• Place the red star on top of the largest white star.
• 
• Next take the medium white star and put glue foam dots on the back of it.
• 
• Place the white star on top of the red star.
• 
• The smallest white star and the blue star are the same size.
• Put glue foam dots on the back of the small white star.
• Put small zots on the back of the blue star.
• 
• Place the small white star on top of the last white star in the center.
• Then place the blue star on top of the small white star.
• 
• Take the four hangers and glue them together.
• 
• Glue the hanger to the back of the flag star mandala.
• 
• Now your flag star mandala is ready to be displayed.
