Layered Bunny SVG

Spring is in the air, and what better way to celebrate than with a cute layered bunny made from cardstock? This project is perfect for Easter decorations, greeting cards, or even nursery decor. Using my layered bunny SVG and your Cricut, you’ll create an adorable 3D effect that brings this bunny to life!

Create this adorable bunny for on a card or as a decoration for some bunny this Easter or Spring.

I love to watch the bunnies running around our courtyard during the spring and summer months. The layered bunny SVG reminds me of warmer weather and watching the bunnies.

Layers of Layered Bunny

Upload the SVG to Cricut Design Space

1. Open Cricut Design Space and click on “Upload.”
2. Select my Layered Bunny SVG file and add it to your canvas.
3. Resize it to fit your project (e.g., 5-6 inches for a card, larger for a wall decoration).

Cut the Layers

1. Place your chosen cardstock colors on the Cricut mat.
2. Click “Make It” and select the appropriate material setting for cardstock.
3. Load the mat and let your Cricut do the cutting!
4. Carefully remove the pieces from the mat once cutting is complete.

Assemble the Bunny

1. Start with the base layer and lay it flat.
2. Use foam adhesive dots between layers to create a 3D effect.
3. Align each layer carefully, pressing down gently to secure them.
4. For finer details, use glue for small pieces like the bunny’s eye, tail or inner ears.

Now that your bunny is complete, decide how you want to use it! Here are some ideas:

• Attach it to a card or gift tag for Easter.
• Frame it as spring home decor.
• Use it as a cake topper (cut from sturdy card stock or layered with chipboard).
