Due to the nature of digital products, unfortunately there are NO REFUNDS for any reason. Please be sure to confirm the compatibility of the included file types with your cutting machine and know how to save, open and use digital files with your cutting machine before purchasing. We are unable to offer technical support due to the wide variety of different cutting machines, devices, and software types.

Personal and Commercial Rights

The SVG’s on Carla Arlene Creations blog and shop are all for personal use.

There are some SVG’s that come with a small commercial limited license for small privately-owned businesses selling up to $60,000 annually for handmade items. These SVG’s come with a limit of up to 250 – 500 pieces to make and sell.

Please check the documentation that comes with the SVG that you download or purchase.

Digital Download Policy

The digital files cannot be used to resell digital files.

Digital Download files include various formats for your crafting inspiration: SVG, PNG. DXF and sometimes PDF. Please check compatibility before purchasing.

Please do not share our files However, we love referrals. Send your crafty friends to our site to download or purchase their own copy of the file.

The files on this website are download files only, no physical item will be sent or delivered.

No redistribution, you may not reproduce, repackage, redistribute the contents in our zip files in whole or part for any reason.
