This card is especially great because it’s super versatile—it can be used as a birthday card, get well card, thinking of you card, or even a Father’s Day card for the football lover in your life!

Materials Needed

  • Brown Cardstock
  • White Vinyl
  • Green Cardstock
  • Transfer Tape
  • Barely Arts Glue
  • Free SVG in Library
  • Design #112 in Free Library

What Makes This Card Special?

The highlight of this card is the row of footballs running down the side edge—such a fun and sporty design! Each football is layered for dimension and cut from brown card stock, and I used white vinyl for the threads to give them that extra pop of detail. You could even mix it up with glitter or foil vinyl if you want a little sparkle (because we can still be glam while cheering on the team!).

Personalize It Your Way

I love how customizable this card is. You can add your own sentiment to the front like “Game On!”, “Touchdown Wishes!”, or “Happy Birthday Coach!”—whatever fits the occasion. The inside is blank for you to write a heartfelt message or you can use your Cricut to cut or write text for a polished look.

A Simple but Striking Project

This card looks impressive, but it’s super simple to make. Even if you’re new to Cricut crafting, you’ll have no trouble assembling this one. Just cut the pieces using your Cricut, glue everything together, and you’re done!

Crafty Ideas:

  • Make a stack of these cards in different team colors for party invites or thank-you notes.
  • Add a gift card to a sporting goods store inside for an extra special touch.
  • Use it as a keepsake for a football banquet—personalize each one with a player’s name or number!

So grab your favorite cardstock, power up your Cricut, and get ready to make a touchdown with this Football Side Edge Card. Whether you’re gifting it or keeping it for your football-themed decor, it’s sure to be a winner!

Happy crafting and go team! 🏈
